Which is better for me Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ38 or Panasonic lumix DMC FZ28?

I would like a camera that can take high quality pictures and movies. The pictures must not have too much noise and i would like the videos to be of a high quality; so i can upload them on to to Youtube.
I would like a good antishake system on the camera.

    Definitely you should go for FZ38

    Picture quality almost same ( FZ38 extra Mega pixels,so no problem)

    Videos recording : same quality(HIGH DEFINITION), but format used in FZ38 is very memory efficient.

    Added bonus is Stereo mic, hence better sound quality than FZ28.

    Improved image stabilisation system in FZ38.

    So happily you can buy the best superzoom camera available as now.(FZ38 releases on september 2009)
