Is there a way to set aperture/shutter speed on a Casio Exilim EX-S10?

I have a Casio Exilim EX-S10, but I don’t know how to manually set the aperture or shutter speed. There is are the "Best Shot" modes, but none of them specify either shutter speed or aperture size. Is there a way to change it manually on this camera?

No, look at this link and you will see that neither aperture nor shutter release priority modes are available on that model Casio.

In fact most P&S cameras do not have those features … P&S cameras are designed to do all that for the user. A very few P&S cameras do have that feature, but probably less than 15 % and they are for the most part cost more than $200 in any case.

DSLR’s on the other hand are fully adjustable and give the photographer total control over the exposure, lens choice, camera angle and depth of field.
